NOVEMBER 2009.
For the sixty-fifth Anniversary of the Liberation of Créhange, the C.L.V.M.A. closely worked with the City of Créhange to organise an Anniversary worthy of it. At 1pm sharp, two buses followed by cars drove from Metz to Créhange. Inside these buses were the nineteen veterans with theiur families and friends. But also BG Roger B. DUFF and his lovely wife Mrs Linda MARTIN-DUFF. Were also present MG James ARCHER (retired General) and his wife Nancy. In the cars following the buses were the soldiers from the 95 IET.
Short before 2pm, the buses arrive in Créhange. Surprise !!! Back in time 65 years ago thanks to some GI's in their vintage uniforms and their vehicles. The good news is that they would escort the buses to the MOTOR POOL.
